Foundation

The company's legal predecessor Hydra Consulting Company was founded in 1996 by chemical engineers (Dr. Bela Dencs & Dr. Judit Dencs, Budapest, HU), working in research and education. In 2002 after 6 successful years, Hydra was reorganised and later on, in 2007, established it's corporate presence in the US under GreenFloc USA, Inc. (Tamas Oltman, pres.) as a manufacturer and distributor of organic starch based biopolymer product family for waste water treatment and drinking water purification protecting the public health and environment.

The company is specialized in research, develpoment in the chemical industry as well as manufacturing and distribution of organic starch based biopolymer product family to promote waste water treatment and drinking water purification.
